- Wake up early enough for my mother to start watching tv
- Lay in bed reading Everybody Wants to Rule the World Except Me – generally feeling bummed still because I’m disappointed with my dad for his drunk driving last night
- Go to Arnold’s meats to buy pork butt for smoking
- See the little woodchuck out in the back yard from bathroom window
- Johnny picks me up and we go to Easthampton for their culture chaos street festival – first sighting is girl trapeze artist and another girl on stilts – walk up and down, get ice cream, meet all Johnny’s friends at Brass Cat, get sandwiches and donuts, and another beer – Sheila didn’t come out to meet us
- Stop at Walmart in Chicopee on the way back – and then also Marshall’s for sign for Moni, turns out later it wasn’t at that store
- Eat pasta dinner with my parents
- Watch Don’t Look Up with parents
- Grind some pepper in coffee grinder and prepare for tomorrow’s smoking
