- Stop at the local bookstore for Miriam to buy a gift card
- Eat lunch back at the house
- Go to EMS store for shopping spree – take advantage of uncle Bob’s discount and generosity and buy some useful gear
- Stop at Aldi and market basket for some essential groceries
- Buy ice cream to takeaway from nearby shop – get a half gallon even though their quarts are huge
- Make chicken rendang dinner and ice cream dessert
