Aug 23, Saturday (August, 2025)
- Skip yoga and smoothie, and drive to Medway – 5k race – managed 26 minutes which was slower than hoped but not bad
- Back to the house to shower and take a pause
- Drive to western MA – Belchertown wide yard sale – arrived at the end just as they announce everything half price – so start buying stuff in each section except furniture
- Go to the Hangar together – order came out mixed up with some uncoated wings – so she brings us more chicken
- Miriam drives to my parents – then I drive everyone to church in Indian Orchard for polish food to takeaway
- Pack up the truck with some furniture by the side of the road and stuff my parents don’t want anymore – almost a vacuum but it explodes
- Drive back to Franklin – Miriam reads on the sofa, I watch Arsenal highlights and tweak my journal app
