- Wake up with stiff painful neck – heat cherry cushion, apply tiger balm, do self guided simple yoga
- Watch arsenal replay during breakfast
- Miriam drives us to the beach – wear shirt to keep shoulder warm and walk up and back twice
- Watch second half of Patriots game with beer and snacks
- Try to take nap on sofa without making neck worse
- Miriam does most of the cooking for eggplant bolognese – another beer and the shoulder/neck pain is gone
- Finish reading Lost Stars
