  • Wake up with stiff painful neck – heat cherry cushion, apply tiger balm, do self guided simple yoga
  • Watch arsenal replay during breakfast
  • Miriam drives us to the beach – wear shirt to keep shoulder warm and walk up and back twice
  • Watch second half of Patriots game with beer and snacks
  • Try to take nap on sofa without making neck worse
  • Miriam does most of the cooking for eggplant bolognese – another beer and the shoulder/neck pain is gone
  • Finish reading Lost Stars
