July 31, Thursday (July, 2025)
- Morning yoga and breakfast outside on the back deck
- Restart the router to get some basic internet working
- Walk with Miriam to the store and first get knives sharpened at big y and then to liquor store for beer but back to big y to buy the beer cheaper
- Leftover pizza for lunch
- Start smoking chicken – Corey mows the lawn
- Try to buy Patriots tickets but after lots of circles the ones we want disappear – they came back later but Gaspar suggested to pause
- Put the chicken on the grill to try to crisp the skin – Miriam makes broccoli in the oven using it for the first time – Corey procrastinates doing paperwork
- Rain comes and we eat in Corey’s place and drink beers and talk till late
