Aug 26, Tuesday (August, 2025)
- Morning yoga and breakfast outside on the back deck – start laundry before breakfast
- Drive to Rhode Island – first stop is a walk around Bristol – some random kid complements my sunglasses
- On drive to Newport see a big cabinet/shelf on the side of the road – struggle with the last inch of getting it itno Corey’s Pathfinder and not breaking the back window
- Drive to Newport – walk around historical downtown area with Miri taking photos of every building – get lunch at hippy cafe to takeaway
- Drive to the mansion area – pass through a few driveways but don’t pay for entrance anywhere – stop to eat our lunch along the coastal road
- Cliff walk along the backside of the mansions – watch a helicopter land at one property – finish the walk and start the road walk back – then take bus the last bit to the car
- Drive around some more and go to Narragansett – get dinner at seaside restaurant on the roof terrace with chowder and fried clams – then ice cream before driving back
- Groceries at big y before unloading the truck
- Reply to Loop for next interview and finally get rejection from umbra
